We are committed to safeguarding the personal information of every athlete, parent, and visitor who uses this website. We never sell your data, and we only collect what we need to deliver exceptional quarterback training.

What We Collect

Lead Form Data: Athlete name, grade, age, school, offense system, role models, goals, interests, preferred location, and parent/guardian email address.

Payment Information: When you purchase a session, payment is processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number — Stripe handles all payment data directly.

Communication Records: Emails you send to Coach Green for scheduling, questions, or concerns are retained for customer service purposes.

We do not store full credit card details — all payment data is handled by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.

How We Protect Your Data

SSL/TLS Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and our website is encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS protocols.

Secure Payment Processing: All transactions are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Your card information never touches our servers.

Access Controls: Only authorized personnel (Coach Green and designated staff) have access to athlete records, and only on a need-to-know basis.

Data Minimization: We collect only the information needed to provide training services and communicate with you.

How Long We Keep Data

Athlete registration data is retained for as long as the athlete is active in the program, plus a reasonable period for record-keeping.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at rlgspinnersacademy@gmail.com.

Payment records are retained by Stripe according to their own data retention policies and legal requirements.

Your Privacy Rights

Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you or your athlete.

Correction: You can request that we correct any inaccurate or outdated information.

Deletion: You can request that we delete your personal data, subject to any legal record-keeping requirements.

Opt-Out: You can opt out of promotional communications at any time by replying to any email or contacting us directly.

Cookies & Third-Party Services

Cookies: Our website uses minimal browser storage (such as session storage) to improve your browsing experience — for example, to prevent repeat popups. We do not use invasive tracking cookies or sell browsing data to advertisers.

Stripe: All payment transactions are processed by Stripe, our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

Google Services: Lead form submissions may be stored in a private Google Sheet for internal record-keeping. This data is accessible only to authorized RLG Elite QB Academy staff and is never shared with third parties.

Email Notifications: When you submit a lead form, an automated email notification is sent to Coach Green so he can respond to your inquiry. Your email address is used solely for this purpose and for follow-up communication about your training.
